Here are a few of the questions we get asked quite frequently ... you may find that there's some information here that resolves your difficulties without picking up the telephone.

FAULT: No extraction – No compressed air to spray gun

The answers to our faqs

No extraction – No compressed air to spray gun

  1. Plug not inserted to wall socket
  2. Fuse blown in mains plug – change 13amp fuse and restart
  3. If steps 1 & 2 completed, then unit has possible internal fault, please call us on 0 115 973 4488.

No compressed air to gun – Extraction working

  1. Check air pipe connection
  2. Check air pipe connected to spray gun
  3. Check pipe is not kinked along pipe line
  4. If not rectified by the above call us on 0 115 973 4488.

Extraction and compressed air OK - Gun not spraying much

  1. Check pipe is not kinked along pipe line
  2. Refer to gun maintenance procedures for cleaning of gun
  3. If not rectified by the above call us on 0 115 973 4488.

Too much bronzing mist coming out of the spray gun; Client is getting very wet

  1. Turn fluid adjustment wheel clockwise, until it closes. Once closed, turn wheel anti-clockwise for 1 – 1 ½ turns. This resets needle to factory setting.
  2. Alternatively, ensure your spray strokes over the body are not too slow and speed up as you apply each coat of spray.
  3. If not rectified by the above call us on 0 115 973 4488.

Too little spray coming out of the gun; Tan looking very dry and light coverage

  1. Turn fluid adjustment wheel clockwise, until it closes. Once closed, turn wheel anti-clockwise for 1 – 1 ½ turns. This resets needle to factory setting.
  2. Alternatively, ensure your spray strokes over the body are not too fast and slow down as you apply each coat of spray.
  3. If not rectified by the above call us on 0 115 973 4488.
